By accessing this website, browsing the store, placing an order, contacting us, or using any part of Number11 Shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies linked on this website.

Store and products

Number11 Shop is an online print-on-demand store. Products are made on demand after an order is placed and may be produced and shipped by third-party production and shipping partners.

Product colors, print placement, size, fit, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product type, screen settings, production process, and manufacturing tolerance.

We make reasonable efforts to present product information, images, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately, but we do not guarantee that all information is always complete, current, or free from errors.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all order details are correct, including product type, size, color, model, variant, quantity, billing information, email address, and delivery address.

Once an order is placed, it may enter production or preparation for shipping quickly. Because products are made on demand, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if there is a pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, payment issue, product availability issue, or other reasonable operational reason.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency available for your market or selected during browsing and checkout. Final prices, taxes, discounts, shipping costs, and payment details are shown during checkout before the order is placed.

For EU customers, VAT is included where applicable and shown during checkout. VAT may apply to both the product price and the shipping cost.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Number11 Shop does not store full credit card details on this website.

Shipping, delivery, customs, and import charges

Number11 Shop ships worldwide. Products may be produced or shipped from different production and shipping locations depending on product type, stock availability, delivery destination, and production capacity.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery time may depend on production time, shipping method, carrier, delivery country, customs processing, local postal procedures, and circumstances outside our control.

Some products may be produced and/or shipped from outside the EU.

For EU deliveries, such items may be subject to customs or import charges, including an additional customs duty that may currently be charged at approximately €3 per customs tariff category or classification, depending on the shipment and applicable rules.

Carrier, courier, handling, administrative, or other related fees may also be charged at delivery.

These EU customs, import and/or courier/carrier charges are not Number11 Shop fees and are not collected by Number11 Shop unless they are explicitly shown during checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes, import duties, customs fees, carrier handling fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and local import rules.

The customer is responsible for paying applicable customs, import, tax, carrier, or local delivery-related charges unless they are explicitly shown and collected during checkout.

Refused, unpaid, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and for collecting the package within the carrier’s available collection period.

If, at delivery, the customer refuses and/or fails to pay any applicable customs, import and/or courier/carrier charges, and the shipment is, for that reason, held, returned, abandoned, lost and/or destroyed, Number11 Shop does not guarantee a full refund of the charged product amount.

Shipping costs are not refunded in full once the shipment has been processed or dispatched. Any product refund amount will depend on the actual production and order-processing costs, direct and indirect transaction costs, courier/carrier costs, and the condition or availability of the returned goods.

Returns, refunds, and made-to-order products

Number11 Shop products are made on demand. Because each product is produced after an order is placed, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted for wrong size, wrong color, wrong model, wrong product variant, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. However, this right may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, personalized goods, or certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Product care

The customer is responsible for following product care instructions shown on the product page or provided with the product.

Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage, use, or handling is not considered a product defect.

Intellectual property

All website content, including designs, images, graphics, product presentations, text, branding, layout elements, and other materials, belongs to Fabrex j.d.o.o., Number11 Shop, its licensors, or related rights holders unless otherwise stated.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, commercially use, or exploit website content, product designs, images, graphics, or text without prior written permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape content, or use the website in a way that may harm Number11 Shop, other users, or third-party service providers.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

Third-party services and links

Number11 Shop may rely on third-party services such as ecommerce platform providers, payment processors, production and shipping partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and communication tools.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Number11 Shop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from website use, delivery delays, carrier procedures, customs processing, incorrect customer information, misuse of products, or circumstances outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
